Every hair piece looks like a ponytail made of different lengths of hair. The very short hairs have been removed. For example: a hair piece of 16″ to 19″ inches of Remy quality and single drawn has hair lengths of 12″, 14″, 16″, 17″, 18″ and 19″. This hair is sold as 18 inches single drawn hair.
What is Super Double Drawn Hair?
Every hair piece contains only hair of the same length. This makes this type of hair piece also the most expensive one as this procedure is done by hand, not by machine. What do the terms “bulk” and “weft” mean?
Bulk hair is loose hair that is used for braiding and many other hair extension styles. We deliver it tied in a bundle ready for use. Weft hair is hair used for weaving. It is sewn or bonded (with hair glue) into a track ready for the weaving process.
What is the difference between Machine Weft and Hand Tied Weft?
Hand tied wefts are made by tying strands of hair around a strong weaving thread, this process is done by hand. Our hand tied wefts are much thinner than machine wefts because of the precision involved, and lay flat on the scalp. Machine wefts are made by sewing strands of hair together with a hair sewing machine.
What is the best way to cut a weft?
Hand tied wefts should never be cut from the top, this is a common mistake made by even experienced hair stylists. If it is cut, then you should seal it with a good glue like nail glue or fabric glue. There is no guarantee that it will not shed if it is cut. Also, one should never sew through top of the weft and it is recommended you sew around the weft. With machine wefts, you can cut where desired. We cannot stress how important this information is, the main reason for wefts shedding is because the weft is not cut properly.
How Much Hair Do I need?
If you are getting a full Braid Weave the average person need about eight ounces of hair some will need more some will need less. It is best to buy two packs to make sure you have enough. You can always use the leftover hair later. if you are using hair over 18″ long you might need another pack. If you are getting tracks one pack is enough for four to five tracks up to 18″ hair length. If you are getting the hair bonded one pack is enough for four to five tracks up to 18″ hair length. If you are getting fusion or micro linking you need to consult your stylist.
What Are Hand Tied Wefts?
Hand tied wefts are done by hand and are much thinner then machine wefts. They will lay flat against your scalp to give you a more natural look and significantly reduce hair bumps caused by bulky wefts . Hand tied wefts come in one long track and the length of the track depends on the length of the hair. All of our wefts are reinforced to prevent shedding.
How Wide is the Weft in Inches?
The width of the wefts depend on the length of the hair. The longer the length the shorter the width… so if you decide to go with longer hair and want to cover more of your head we would suggest 2 or possibly 3 packs of hair. For example, a 16″ weft is around 9 feet long.

Do I have to do anything special in the morning?
We advise that you comb your hair every morning. Just bend your head forward and gently brush your hair from the ends towards your scalp. Starting from the ends keeps the pressure off the weft area and is a good way to maintain the longevity of the extensions.
Do I have to do anything special at night?
You must NEVER sleep on wet hair. Sleeping on wet hair is known to matte hair which makes it very difficult to keep them the way you want. Just make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to sleep and you shouldn`t have anything to worry about.
