How will you dispatch my order?
 We use the finest international air couriers to ensure your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days of dispatch, but these times may vary depending on where you are located and your local customs authority.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
 While most orders are processed and dispatched within 10 days of receipt of payment, please provide 3 to 4 weeks for processing of your order. Because we used to receive regular orders from our old and new customers and take so much good care of quality check, it may cause us little delay in case we find something not as per commitment made to you and re process your order. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular order or item.

How do I check the status of my order?
 We use the finest air couriers to ensure that your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time. On receiving your order, LAGAH EXPORTS will confirm the same with an e-mail and a unique order number. On the day we dispatch your order, we will confirm the same with yet another e-mail mentioning the airway bill number. The e-mail will also have an attached URL address which will take you directly to a web page where you can feed in your airway bill number and subsequently check the delivery status of your order online. At any point you are most welcome to e-mail us regarding queries related to your orders and LAGAH EXPORTS will try its best to keep you well informed and updated.

What do you charge for shipping and handling?
 Prices exclude packing, handling and courier charges. These charges are computed and displayed separately depending on your shipping destination.
 During your conversation of your order placing in e mails, we send you the total cost of the order and all the other charges attached with your order placement.

What if I do not wish to purchase online?
 LAGAH EXPORTS recommends that you place your order online. However, if you prefer to place your order offline then we will be happy to send you our bank information you required to transfer the payment of your order.

Can I order products that are not on the website?
 Yes. LAGAH EXPORTS has maximized its efforts to provide a complete online shopping experience. We understand that you as our customer may have different requirements such as: you may wish to order a product which is not showcased at LAGAHprofessiona.com, or you may wish to modify the texture, size, weft, mode etc. of a showcased. All the above (and more!) can be achieved very easily by placing a Custom Order. Please follow the steps below to make your very own personalized purchase:
 Send us an email describing your requirements in detail or message us via WhatsApp at +91 7307073071 ( most preferred ).
 Our ability to serve you better will be greatly enhanced by the specific information you are able to provide. Therefore, please do take the time to be as specific as possible.
 Based on your requirement, LAGAH EXPORTS production team will select  the appropriate quality that are in tune with your expectation. You will receive an email with a detailed description of the item’s requested along with price. (if possible, we will attach digital image’s of the same) After mutual confirmation on price and products, LAGAH EXPORTS will send you an email with your unique Custom order details link. This link will take you directly to a custom bag page wherein you can see all the items that you requested. You can then complete this personalized purchase online using your PayPal, or we will send you our bank information for sending the payment. Voila!

Where all do we deliver ?
 We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code.

Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents DHL / FEDEX will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most countries where 5 day work culture. In many Islamic countries Fridays are normal off days. Some times we can try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also on some extra cost on case to case basis.

Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the sales office on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

Calculating cost – Shipping cost is not built in each items price. You get the benefit of reduced shipping cost on each additional item. Fair & transparent shipping rates.

Please also note that the shipping rates are weight based. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.

International shipping and handling rates is based on the size of your order: the larger you order, the lower the rate.
